This organization, like environmental problems, could be serious, or not. Most of the time we don't know ourselves.

A CHL Hero
This quote speaks for itself:

"If extinction is happening at a greater rate now, why is our supply of fossil fuels decreasing?"
(Rep. Steve Pearce - R, New Mexico - at a hearing on the Endangered Species Act, 6/16/05)

Absolutely brilliant! If only there were 6.4 billion just like Steve...
Comments:
Wow.

Brilliant doesn't even come close to describing this bastion of democracy. No word in the English language could, so I'll make one up: scrumtrulescent. This CHL patriot is truly scrumtrulescent!!

I am in awe of Pearce's attainments. That someone as smart as he is could still survive the political process and end up in Congress shows that the voters are not worried about the intellectualism of their candidates.

That said, Pearce is just publically voicing the thought processes of thousands of private CHL members nationwide. This quiet majority may live out of the spotlight, but they show that they share his worthy thought processes every time they move to a drought-stricken state, buy a big house and swimming pool on credit, buy a large SUV, and otherwise do their part to further CHL's goals.

What a wonderful world we live in!
